As a PAC member, you have access to a depth and breadth of fitness resources you won’t find anywhere else. We continuously upgrade our equipment to give you the best the industry has to offer. Take advantage of personal training and on-site physical therapy. Or expand your fitness horizons with specialty programs, such as Boot Camp, Women on Weights, Group Training for Weight Loss, and Total Core Training.

Complimentary Equipment Orientation
One of our fitness professionals will be happy to show you how to operate the equipment at the Club. During your session, he/she will discuss your health and fitness goals, help you establish an appropriate exercise plan, and design a basic program to get you started. Complimentary Fitness Assessment
One of our certified trainers will begin by taking a brief medical, exercise and goal history. Based on this, he/she will recommend and/or design a basic fitness program for you. You may also select one of the following additional assessments: body composition, flexibility and/or muscular endurance.
