Our warm, professional staff is dedicated to making sure your children are always well cared for. So relax and discover all the advantages that PAC offers its families.
We know your kids will love the Children’s Center and KidSpace. Our Aquatics, Tennis and Squash programs have forged countless new friendships over the years. And you’ll find plenty of kid-approved classes and activities on the Weekly Schedule.

This one-hour class is designed to teach teens ages 12 - 15 the proper use of the Fitness Center. We review warm-up and stretching guidelines plus proper weightlifting techniques (using machines and body weight) as recommended by the American College of Sports Medicine. Once your child completes this class, he/she may work out in the Fitness Center with parental supervision if they are 12 - 13 years old. They may work out without parental supervision if they are 14 years of age and older.

Get Movin’
Get Movin’ is a collection of family and kids programs designed to promote good health and fitness from an early age. It’s part of PAC’s plan to join the fight against childhood obesity. Even though most parents who lead an active lifestyle tend to have children that are active too, PAC makes extra sure kids have plenty of fun, physical outlets here.
Rest assured that your kids will be entertained and inspired to lead healthy, active lives. Many of our Get Movin’ activities are complimentary with a Family membership. Non-Family members may participate by paying a per-session fee
